Ukrainian Arbitration Association launched new website

Ukrainian Arbitration Association is pleased to announce an update of its website.

From now, UAA website is the largest in Ukraine information portal in the field of arbitration, which has already collected a lot of useful information and documents for arbitration practitioners, scientists and students interested in arbitration.

In particular, the site contains:

texts of International Treaties of Ukraine in the field of arbitration, including its bilateral investment treaties in different languages,
arbitration legislation of Ukraine,
guidelines of high Ukrainian courts related to arbitration,
Information about the arbitration institutions in Ukraine,
More than 150 UAA member’s publications on relevant arbitration issues in Ukrainian, English, Russian, Spanish,
useful links to the sites of foreign arbitral institutions, arbitration associations, Master’s Degree Programs (LLM), arbitration schools and courses, international arbitration moot court competitions,
UAA Newsletters and other relevant information about events and activities in the field of arbitration in Ukraine and the world,
Information about the various UAA activities (working groups, webinars, essay competitions, arbitration schools).
