International arbitration courts
There are two international commercial arbitration institutions in Ukraine acting according to the Law of Ukraine "On International Commercial Arbitration", which contains the statues of both institutions in its annexes.
International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ICAC at the UCCI)
The International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ICAC at the UCCI) is a permanently functioning arbitral institution, acting in conformity with the Law of Ukraine On International Commercial Arbitration of 24 February 1994, the Statute on the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the UCCI and the Rules of ICAC.
The Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MAC at the UCCI)
he Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MAC at the UCCI) is a permanently functioning arbitral institution, acting in conformity with the Law of Ukraine On International Commercial Arbitration of 24 February 1994, the Statute on the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the UCCI and the Rules of MAC.
Domestic Arbitration Courts
According to the Unified Register of non-governmental institutions of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine there are over 500 domestic arbitration courts registered in Ukraine. More detailed information about some of the major domestic arbitration courts is set out below.

Permanently functioning Domestic Arbitration Court at the Association of Ukrainian banks (DAC at the AUB) is an independent permanently functioning arbitration institution, acting in conformity with the Law of Ukraine On [Domestic] Arbitration Courts of 11 May 2004, the Statute on Permanently functioning Domestic Arbitration Court at the AUB and the Rules.
