The Seminar will concentrate on the developments in the use of arbitration and mediation in the resolution of international commercial disputes from their respective jurisdictional perspectives and will be interesting for ADR practitioners, legal advisers, in-house counsel and experts generally.
The seminar panel of experienced and distinguished speakers from Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Russia and Ukraine will gladly hold discussions with participants.
