International Conference: ARBITRATION IN RUSSIA: NEW SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS
Publishing House Kommersant and Russian Arbitration Association invite to the international conference on 16 October 2014 in Moscow, Hotel Ararat Park Hyatt, on the resolution of commercial disputes through online arbitration platforms: ARBITRATION IN RUSSIA: NEW SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS.
Online dispute resolution was assumed to take over the legal profession. With the rise of the Internet, other intelligent bits of technology, lawyers would be able to solve legal disputes with computers, not courtrooms and judges. So we are going to discuss several topics: How are the Internet and electronic communications influencing business developments in the Russian Federation? What are the legal implications?, What do contemporary businesses need from arbitration?, International experiences with on-line dispute resolution services and Online dispute resolution under the RAA Rules.
